- Every day, go to bed and wake up at the same time.
- Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time – the body will be grateful for this.
- Sleep at least 8 hours.
- Before going to bed, go for a walk and breathe some fresh air.
- Drink at least 1500 ml of water a day.
- Try to eat fruits, vegetables and berries each day.
- Wash your feet with cold water – it improves the immunity in a way.
- Surf the internet for not more than an hour a day.
- Make a face mask from natural ingredients.
- Take a picture of every summer day you spend.
- Jog in the morning.
- Buy hula-hoop and be engaged in the exercise at least 15 minutes a day.
- Smile.
- Learn 5 new foreign words a day.
- Do the cleaning in your room every day, throwing the rubbish away and watering your favorite plants.
- Wipe your face with a frozen concoction of chamomile (i.e. with ice cubes)
- Give up fast food.
- Do morning exercises.
- Meditate – just sit back, turn on some nice music, and do not think about anything.
- Learn something new every day.
- Read at least 10-15 pages every day.
- Spend at least an hour with your parents. Help them around the house, talk, learn about their problems and experiences, and give them any advice.
- Say nice words and compliments to other people.
- Give up swear words and parasite words. In general, mind your speech.
- Do one small good deed every day.
- Take care of yourself – have a steam bath for the face or body peeling and indulge your body with a moisturizing lotion.
- Reject makeup. Forget about those tons of makeup. Let the skin breathe – at least in summer.
- Learn some interesting and inspiring poetry.
- Walk straight. Mind your posture.
- Give up all sorts of bad habits.
- Try to become a vegetarian for at least a month. What if you enjoy it?
- Keep a diary of your progress.
- Save money.
- Get engaged in yoga.
- Think about good things, and all of them will come true!
