More than 1,100 Indians in Singapore joined Ghazal singer Anup Jalota to pay a tribute to late Jagjit Singh on his first death anniversary.  "The full house at Shine auditorium heard Mr Jalota signing Jagjit Singh's songs," said concert organizers Charkula Arts Academy director Alka Sharma.

Jalota also launched a Bhagvad Gita which he sang in the form of bhajans at the concert last evening.
