Ms Malik, who has denied she posed nude for the magazine after the images were published for the first time on Saturday, is threatening legal action.
The 33-year-old’s image and pose have resulted in uproar in Pakistan – although this is as much for the presence of the ISI logo, which represents the controversial Inter-Services Intelligence spy agency, as the nudity.
A few months ago, the ISI was accused by United States officials of supporting insurgents based in the mountainous region on the border with Afghanistan. Pakistani officials deny these allegations.
The logo, and the provocative pose, have seen Ms Malik attract criticism since their publication on Saturday morning.
